Sava Tires to Halt Production for Two Weeks

Goodyear Aims to Expand in Poland
Goodyear Tire & Rubber will increase its stake in Polish tyre maker TC Debica, to 66 per cent and work with management to nearly triple commercial tyre production for Goodyear, up to 5,000 tyres per day from 1,700.

Goodyear wants 200 million dollars expansion at TC Debica plant in Poland
Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is asking Polish tire company TC Debica -- in which it is the majority shareholder -- to nearly triple its commercial tire production for Goodyear, from 1,700 to 5,000 tires per day, to meet the increasing demand for technically advanced, high-quality commercial truck tires in Europe.
